What LOD can you deliver?
LOD 100 through LOD 500, including fabrication-level LOD 400 and as-built LOD 500, depending on your BEP and trade package.
Which software do you use?
Revit, Tekla Structures, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, plus Primavera when scheduling coordination is required.
How fast is typical turnaround?
First issue is often 24–48 hours after scope lock for defined drawing sets. Larger federated models are scheduled against your coordination calendar.
Do you work with US contractors only?
We are US-based (Florida and Texas) and serve projects nationwide, with additional experience across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Can you start from point clouds or CAD?
Yes. We convert point clouds, 2D CAD, sketches, and PDFs into coordinated BIM and shop drawings.
